Curtis’ young life has been nothing short of tragic. Found in a dimly lit alleyway in the heart of the city, he was a shadow among shadows, barely distinguishable from the grime and refuse that surrounded him. At just seven months old, Curtis had already lived a lifetime of hardship. His small body bore the marks of countless battles, each scar a testament to his struggle for survival. His fur was matted and caked with dirt, and his bright green eyes shone with a mix of fear and defiance.

Residents of the neighborhood had occasionally spotted him darting between trash cans and abandoned buildings, scavenging for scraps. No one knew where he came from, but they all agreed he had a fighter’s spirit. When a compassionate passerby finally managed to coax him out with the promise of food, it was clear that Curtis had reached the end of his rope. Weak, malnourished, and exhausted, he allowed himself to be picked up, too tired to resist.

Curtis' arrival at SOL$PUSSY Cat Rescue marked the first time in his short life that he’d experienced kindness. The staff immediately set to work cleaning him up, treating his wounds, and providing the nourishment he so desperately needed. While his physical recovery has been swift, his emotional scars will take longer to heal. Curtis remains a bit wary of humans but he is a little warrior and is coming out of his shell quickly. We're sure he will make an excellent companion through the coming chaos.
